WATO International is a Non-Governmental/ Non-Profit Organization, which was started in 2016, by EMMANUEL CHRISTOE MUSASIZI with an aim to Promote women values, Gender equality, as well as Women emancipation in Socio-economic and Developmental Activities.

Emmanuel Christoe Musasizi is an Author, an international Speaker, a Leadership coach and a counselor. Emmanuel Christoe is the founding president of WATO International Organization, Christoe started this Organization in 2016, with an aim to empower women into Leadership, and also to fight against gender based violence in Uganda. Emmanuel Christoe was born on 5th, August, 1991, in a small town called Kayunga in Uganda East Africa, in a family of 11; 7 boys and 4 girls and he was number 8. Both his Mum and Dad were great bible teachers. Bishop JOHN ZZIWA and Rev. JANET ZZIWA raised him in a God Fearing manner. Christoe started preaching at the age of 17, and launched his ministry as 501c3 at the age of 19 years. Emmanuel Christoe holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration, a Masters of Sociology and a Masters of Business Administration.

OBJECTIVES OF THE ORGANIZATION.
WATO INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION as a Non-Government Organization has the following strategic objectives:

a) To create an entry point for the social and economic engagement of marginalized women and their families in Uganda. b) To encourage skills development among women with a view to reducing and eradicating poverty.

c) To establish projects for women empowerment, education and promoting their livelihoods through demonstrations, workshops and sensitization campaigns.

d) To initiate and implement programs and projects that will accelerate the social-economic and political development of women in the society.

f) To teach and promote gander balance and values of women recognition in the society and also fighting against Gender based violence in community.

g) To provide well fair services to the uplifting of women, children, the aged, physical handicapped and destitute in the society.

h) To participate in social, economic, political and environmental activities, which are towards the development of women in the society.

e) To organize training workshops for women in economic empowerment activities, and also train other trainers in communities.

i) To undertake social researches and studies on various problems affecting women and children, and to design and implement programs and projects that will accelerate the social-economic and political development of women.

j) To carry out advocacy for women and children, for their rights and emancipation through various existing similar agencies.

k) To teach men about women values, respect and their support in the society. l) To promote the girl child education, especially young girls from poor backgrounds.

m) To encourage formation of women groups and support them financially, with free interest loans and revolving funds.

n) To collaborate with various relevant agencies that will assist in the development of women in our contemporary society.

o) To encourage networking coordination among women in a nongovernment organizations, with a view to avoiding duplication and overlapping functions.

p) To promote, develop and sensitize young women through talent promotion on self-reliance, wellbeing and discipline.

q) To establish a organization centers for administration purposes, and also build and establish sports and recreation centers, education schools, musical training centers, vocational institutes and medical centers among others in Uganda and in other territories.

r) To establish vocational technical schools for women to empower them with self-reliant skills, such as, mechanical and electrical engineering, driving, information technology, etc.

s) To co-operate with other associations, missions, programs, and organizations in activities and programs designed to bring about women empowerment.

t) To work with government and other nongovernmental organizations, working on the solutions of social problems affecting women.
